DEV Log #7 Post Mortem

We are done!!!! YAY!!
Over the past 27 weeks the team has been on a roller coaster to get us to end of this course and the finalisation of our game. For our final activity together we decided to do a post mortem. To remember the good and bad experiences.
We broke down our post mortem into what we did well and what we need to improve on.
What we did well.
- Communication
- Efficient time management
- Great Scope Control
- Understanding of Personal limitations
- Knew when to ask for help
- Teamwork was constructive
- Every knew the end goal and understood the project
- Everyone stuck to their roles
- Individual contributions
- Everyone was able to work autonomously
- We were all freindly
What we need to improve on.
- More Consistency on weekly tasks
- Ask for more help early
- Add more descriptions in tasks to add clarity
- Better naming conventions
- Needed more simultaneous work
